Only when reusing the door window:

Remove frame (1).

Pull off fabric adhesive tape (2) all round and clean window with 2-
Propanol.

Carefully remove glue residue on door window with universal knife
(razor sharp) to thickness of approx. 0.5 mm.

Fit new frame (1).

Treat door window (2) around cemented area with materials
approved by BMW (repair kit, sourcing reference: BMW Parts
Service),

refer to 51 31 ...

Note:

Note ventilation time!

Cut standard nozzle to size.

Version with normal glass:

(A) 7 mm

(B) 15

Version with double glazing or anti-theft glass:

(A) 7 mm

(B) 9

Note:

To apply uniform glue bead, use cartridge pistol, operated
with compressed air or electric power (sourcing reference:
BMW Parts Service).

Caution!

Note expiry date of glue!
