A replacement mobile phone will then be delivered by courier service directly from
Motorola within a few working days. This has the correct software status.
Once you have received the problem-free mobile phone, you should exchange it for
the customer's original faulty mobile phone. If a new battery is not supplied, take the
battery from the original mobile phone and insert it in the replacement phone. The SIM
card remains with the customer.
Immediately after exchanging the mobile phones, the original telephone must be
returned by courier service to Motorola. The cost of the courier service will be paid by
the recipient (Motorola). A well-known courier service should be entrusted with the
delivery.

If the original faulty mobile phone is not returned to Motorola within the space of one
week, Motorola will issue you an invoice for the replacement mobile phone.
Reimbursement:
Material and labour costs incurred can be claimed through the usual warranty channels
subject to current warranty terms.
