Replacing Rear Left Side Panel for BMW 5 Series E39 520i (M52) SAL
Drill the holes for the plug welding of the reinforcement plate in the
replacement part.
Clean connecting faces and coat with zinc dust paint.
Insert and weld up reinforcement plate approx. 30 mm in C pillar.
Install shaped parts for cavity sealing.
Installation of shaped parts for cavity bulkhead,
refer to 41 00 ... Installation of shaped parts for cavity bulkhead,
except cover for side member.
