Replacing output flange (A5S 310Z)
Remove output flange and radial seal,
refer to 24 12 016 (A5S 310Z)
Note:
End float of 0.15 ... 0.35 mm is required between sprag
wheel and face of output flange. End float is adjusted with
help of shim (1).
Calculate shim:
Clamp transmission extension in a vise.
Press output flange in direction of arrow.
Note:
Output flange must be free.
Calculate dimension (A) from collar mount to sealing face and
dimension (B) from collar mount to face of output flange.
Example:
A = 10.00 mm
B = 7.50 mm
