5 Series E39 523i (M52TU) SAL
Drill out holes in area (1) for plug welding in closing plate on the
side member.
Clean connection points in areas (1) and (2).
Adjust closing plate on side member in rear side panel and weld
up.
Grind down mating surfaces.
Offset connection point of C-pillar.
Adjust spare C-pillar to fit, mark out interface and cut away.
RA Replacing rear left outer section of wheel arch (side panel removed)
