5 Series E39 523i (M52TU) SAL
Expose connection point in reinforcement plate between door
column and wheel arch. Drill out spots and grind down welded
seams.
Remove reinforcement plates.
Define and mark up connection point on windshield.
Dimension (A) = 240 mm from edge of roof.
Clean the joint surfaces.
Drill off spot welding.
RA Replacing front left door column (partial replacement) (front side panel removed
