Grind down sides of welded seams in roof braces.
Take off roof panel.
Note:
For ease of removal of roof outer skin panel, it can be heated
on the sides of the roof braces and beside the rear window
frame.
Caution!
Extract vapors and provide good ventilation.
Remove scrap metal.
Align and grind down connection point
Fit new roof outer skin panel and adjust to fit with left and right roof
trim strip.
Mark up holes for plug welding rear window frame
Note:
When marking up holes for plug welding, ensure there is
sufficient overlapping material.
