Extractor tool for radio C32

Situation: 

The extractor tool 65 1 100 is being introduced to remove the radio C32 from its retaining
bracket.

Please refer to enclosure 1

It is easier and safer to remove the radio using the extractor tool than by hand. There is no
longer a risk of damage to the cassette socket during removal.

Procedure:

The extractor tool 65 1 100 will be delivered to all dealers as part of a campaign.

Refer to Repair Instructions for 5 Series E39, 
job item 65 11 030.
