General information

Please note that for each maintenance task performed, the inspection sheet is to
be attached to the numbered job order. Proper execution of all maintenance items
is confirmed with the signature of the supervisor in charge. The inspection sheet
is then added to the vehicle file. Together with the numbered order, it serves - in
the event of a complaint - as proof of the individual tasks performed and protects
the service company concerned against unjustified workshop, warranty or other
claims.
It is absolutely essential that all Service, Parts Sales Department and Sales
Department staff who have contact with customers are informed of the changes
made to the maintenance system.
