Removing windscreen wiper arm
E38, E39
Situation:
In order to be able to remove the windscreen wiper arm on the E39, the basic body of the
puller 61 6 000 (approved for E38) must have a jaw size of
16.3 mm.
Procedure:
If the basic body still has the jaw size of 14 mm (for E38) the jaw must either be filed out to
16.3 mm or the basic body 61 6 001 ordered.
Refer to Enclosure 1
The puller will then fit for both the E38 as well as for the E39.
