5 Series E39 525tds (M51) SAL
Pry cooling air duct (1) forwards, pull to one side and disconnect
at side.
Unfasten screws (1/2).
Unfasten screw (1) and remove intercooler (2).
Installation:
Note installation position of damping elements. Collar on
spacer sleeve (1) points towards support surface on body.
Ensure that rubber grommet (2) is correctly seated in bracket
for intercooler (3).
