5 Series E39 525tds (M51) TOUR
Coat mating surfaces on body with zinc dust paint.
Clean mating surfaces on spare part and coat with zinc dust paint.
Coat reinforcements with zinc dust paint.
Fit, locate and weld reinforcement plates in side members.
Install and fasten the trunk floor.
Weld reinforcement plates to connecting points for side members,
left and right.
Note:
Connecting point for reinforcement plate for side member,
right.
Weld connecting points for side members, left and right.
