Shape of glue bead:

Version with normal glass:

(A) 7 mm

(B) 15

Version with double glazing or anti-theft glass:

(A) 7 mm

Caution!

Apply glue rapidly and insert door window. Skin forms after 10
minutes.

Carefully position door window (1) first at bottom (2), align at side
and then install at top (3).

Press door window (1) back against spacers (2) of window frame.
Secure door window in position with fabric adhesive tape (e.g.
Tesa).

Caution!

Remove dirt from residual glue with Sika-Entferner 208
(sourcing reference: BMW Parts Service) before glue is hard.
Do not press out windscreen glass again for this purpose.
Hardened glue can only be removed by machine.
