5 Series E39 530d (M57) SAL
Fit new cooler return pipe.
Tighten all pipe connections.
Tightening torques:
-
Pipe connectors to steering box and vane pump:
M14 = 35 Nm
M16 = 40 Nm
-
Return and cooler return pipe to hydraulic cooler = 24 Nm
Refit heat protection shield.
