Connect wire (violet/red) from the relay carrier to the wire (red/violet) from the ballast
wiring harness. At the relay carrier, separate one of the two wires (2) (violet/red) at a
distance of about 8 cm from the relay carrier. Join the ends of the wire with the wire
(red/violet) from the ballast wiring harness using a butt connector and shrinkable PVC
hose. Attach the double stop to the side of the relay carrier.

10. Loosen the nut on the ground connector (3). Connect the ground strap (brown) to the
vacant slot. Please refer to Repair Instructions
"Installing fan connector for retrofitting/repairs". Repair Instructions 6113.

11. Reinstall removed parts and check that the auxiliary heater is working correctly.
