Occasionally, when the ignition key is turned to position "1" (terminal R on), a code input
prompt appears in the base menu, even though this was not previously activated. During a
journey, the menu item "CODE" appears white and is thus available for selection. The
above code input prompt appears. In both cases, when the "Menu" button on the on-board
monitor is pressed, the system reverts to the start function. The continued operation of the
engine is not jeopardised.
