5 Series E39 530d (M57) SAL
Insert plug in bore.
Install new gasket.
Hold exhaust turbocharger to exhaust manifold.
Installation:
Coat threads with copper paste.
Install and tighten down screws.
Tightening torque, 11 65 1AZ.
Install return pipe (4).
Install and tighten down screws (3).
Install suspension lug (2).
Tighten down screws (1).
Tighten down screws (1) on turbocharger bracket.
Assemble engine.
