Align, fasten and weld the rear reinforcement plate.
Adjust the replacement part to the belt height adjustment.
Check the measurement for the distance of the brackets for the
belt height adjustment.
Distance (A) = 170 mm
Drill the holes for the plug welding in the joint surfaces of the
replacement part.
Clean mating points.
Manufacture a reinforcement plate (1.2) for B-pillar, width approx.
60 mm.
Drill the holes for the plug welding in the vehicle and the
replacement part.
Coat all joint surfaces and reinforcement plates with zinc dust
paint.
Install reinforcement plate approx. 30 mm in B pillar, secure and
weld up.
