Removing and installing or replacing window
recess cover strip on outside of left or right
front door
Attach adhesive tape (1) below window cavity cover strip (2) (risk
of damage).
Using special tool 00 9 311, starting at back, (1) and moving to
front (2), lift out window cavity cover strip.
Installation:
Coat cover strip with anti-friction agent.
Cover strip must form flush seal with rear edge of door.
Only replace:
Remove gasket (1) from chrome strip (2).
