Removing and installing/replacing drive unit
for head restraint adjustment (comfort seat,
backrest completely removed)
Remove backrest cover with padding.
Unlock plug (1) and remove.
Pull backrest adjustment shaft (1) out of backrest adjustment
gearing (2) and drive unit for head restraint adjustment (3).
Remove retainers.
Remove backrest adjustment gearing (1) and drive unit for head
restraint adjustment (2).
