Common Rail fuel injection system
M57/M67
Situation:
For diagnosis on engines with the Common Rail fuel injection system,
a test kit is required for checking the following components: high-pressure pump, pressure
control valve, pressure sensor, injectors and Common Rail, including a check of the
pressure lines for leaks and correct operation.
New:
An adapter kit has been developed for removing tight injectors, which can be used in
conjunction with extractor 13 5 250 on all BMW Common Rail engines.
Please refer to Enclosure 1 for details.
Procedure:
The new offer tools will be supplied to every contractual partner with a
tools agreement.
