Adjusting trunk lid to fit (touring)
Note:
The flaps are fitted and screwed into the unfinished body
shell.
Unpainted surfaces become visible after subsequent
movement.
These surfaces must be touched up with paint in the body
color.
Open rear window frame (with rear window).
Open trunk lid.
Remove finisher at top on tail panel,
refer to 51 46 050.
Remove trim from trunk lid.
Remove trims from rear window frame.

Preliminary work:
Check lateral guides on left and right sides of trunk lid and replace
if necessary.
Release screws on bracket of lateral guide on body to the point
where the bracket can be moved.
