Sealing connections on hydraulic unit and hose connections for
hydraulic cylinders:

Note:

Sealing hydraulic unit:

Use the seal plugs from the kit "Banjo bolts for hydraulic unit*" and
the old seals.

Sealing hose connections:

Use the seal plugs with cap nuts from the kit "Banjo bolts for
hydraulic cylinders*" and the old seals.

Unfasten plug connection (1).

Loosen screw (2).

Release nuts (3) and remove hydraulic unit (4).

Installation:

Always fit new banjo bolts (1) and seals (2 and 4), sourcing
reference: BMW Parts Service.

Check fluid level in hydraulic unit, top up if necessary.
