Remove cover (gas spring strut for rear window),
refer to 51 24 321.
Only on left side on version with hydraulic cylinder:
If necessary, remove gas spring strut for rear window.
Overview of gas spring struts for trunk lid and rear window frame:
The gas spring struts (1) and (2) are not visibly installed in the rear roof zone.
