If applicable, produce a sample bead before gluing.

Cartridge must be perpendicular to door window.

Secure door window (1) with special tool 51 3 010 to tool box.

Apply glue bead with spacing to window frame (2) or glass
edges:

At side and below with
respect to frame (2)

2 mm

-

At top with respect to
glass edge (frame is
lowered)

2 mm

-

Radius in top corners
(front and rear)

R = approx. 15 mm

-

Radius in bottom
corner (rear)

R = approx. 20 mm

-

Radius in bottom
corner (front)

R = approx. 15 mm

RA  Replacing fixed door window in rear left or right window frame (touring)
