5 Series E39 M5 (S62) SAL
Remove lower oil sump section,
refer to 11 13 020.
Remove oil circuit changeover valve, left and right,
refer to 11 13 540 / 11 13 550.
Remove oil pump,
refer to 11 41 000.
Release coolant line bracket on front axle support.
Brace front axle support with special tool 00 2 030 in
conjunction with special tool 31 2 220.
Release front axle support on engine carrier and lower approx.
60 mm,
refer to 31 11 001.
Unfasten screws inside oil sump.
Unfasten screws to sealing cover.
