5 Series E39 M5 (S62) SAL
Unhook cable (1) for automatic anti-glare control from holder (2).
Disconnect plug connections (3) for mirror heating and turn mirror
glass (4) downwards.
Disconnect plug connection (1) and remove mirror glass (2).
Installation:
Following parts must not be damaged:

Bayonet lock
-
Guide pin (1)
-
Springs (3)
-
Guides (4) for cable (5)
Do not touch or dirty adhesive area (2).
Installation:
Position mirror glass with guide pins (1) on
mounts on servodrive.
Slide bayonet lock to left until hole is vertical.
Check function.
