Removing and installing/replacing primary
catalytic converter (M47T2)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove acoustic cover at front
•
Remove complete exhaust system
•
Remove reinforcement plate
Warning!
Scalding hazard!
Only perform these tasks on an engine that has cooled down.
Disconnect intake pipe (1).
Release screw.
Remove intake neck (2) in direction of arrow.
Unlock and disconnect plug (1), unlock counterpiece and pull in
direction of arrow out of holder.
Unlock connector (2) and remove.
Unlock plug (3) and remove.
Unlock pressure sensor (4) and pull out of holder.
