Reimbursement:

It is always necessary to settle the full costs including the share to be paid by the
customer of EUR 99.00  through the warranty process and the defect code mentioned
below.
The share paid by the customer is claimed back from warranty in a separate settlement.
Store the copy of the customer invoice in the vehicle records.
Material and labour costs incurred can be claimed through the usual warranty channels
subject to current warranty terms.
