Checking coolant level and concentration, correcting if necessary

Check connections, hose clamps and hoses for coolant residues and damage such as e.g. cracks.

Check coolant level in expansion tank. Coolant level must be between Min. and Max. markings. If necessary, top
up coolant to max. fill level. If there is no coolant, also identify the cause and notify the customer.

In event of topping up: Check concentration with antifreeze tester (special tool) in coolant expansion tank.
If necessary, drain off the difference quantity at the coolant drain plug and top up with recommended coolant
(issue a separate invoice).
