Installation of "Progman" DVD (DISplus and GT1) from version 14.0

Before installation can be started, the Progman DVD must be installed on the SSS!

- 

IMPORTANT:

"Administration", DIS "Update"  must be used to install the "Progman" DVD.

The "Progman" DVD will not install any new Progman data on GT1 and DISplus
units. It merely enables the option of using the GT1 and DISplus as control
elements for the SSS.

- 

The system will automatically restart after successful installation. The button
"Encoding/Programming" on the DIS start screen is active now.

What to do in case of a fault occurring: 

- 

If the message "No DIS medium found. Fault number: 252" appears, an attempt
has been made to install the "Progman" DVD with DIS "Installation". Use 
DIS "Update"  to install the "Progman" DVD.

- 

If DIS "Update" is not active, the "Programs" DVD must first be installed.

All previously delivered "Progman" DVDs are superseded by the current version.

Program installation C1 (only for DISplus)

Before installing the C1 program, the basic installation of DISplus, the basic
installation of C1 and also the "Programs" DVD installation must be carried out (see
points 1, 2 and 4).

- 

Switch on DISplus.

- 

The C1 diagnosis system must be selected by touching the C1 symbol within 10
seconds of the selection symbols (passenger car / C1) appearing.

- 

The message "EMM386 not installed - Unable to set page frame base address.
Press any key when ready ..." can be ignored. 

- 

Verify the Windows login by pressing the "OK" button on the screen. The
Windows user interface will then start.

- 

Place the current C1 program CD in the DVD drive. Installation will start
automatically and after a short time a language selection will appear.

- 

Select the required language by marking the appropriate box on the screen and
confirm by pressing "OK".

- 

Installation is continued, after which DISplus is restarted.

It is essential to observe the described procedure.
