5 Series E60 520i (N46T) SAL
If fitted, release drain plug (1) on coolant radiator at bottom. On
coolant radiators which do not have a drain plug, remove coolant
hose.
Drain, catch and dispose off coolant.
Open drain plug (1) on engine block.
Drain, catch and dispose off coolant.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring.
Tightening torque M47 11 11 5AZ
.
Tightening torque N47 11 11 2AZ
.
Tightening torque N46T 11 11 5AZ
.
Tightening torque N43 11 11 5AZ
.
Adding coolant:
Vent cooling system and check for leaks.
RA Draining and adding coolant (M47T2, N47, N46T, N43)
