Removing and installing/replacing centre
(bottom) instrument panel trim
Special tools required:
•
00 9 317
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove middle trim for instrument panel
•
Remove trim for ashtray
Release trim (1) with special tool
00 9 317 first at top from
retainers (2), then at bottom from pin (3).
Disconnect associated plug connections and remove trim (1).
Installation:
Retainers (1) and pins (3) must not be damaged.
Replacement:
Remove switch (2) .
