Protect turbocharger against coolant.
Cover turbocharger with suitable apparatus (risk of damage).
Illustration shows E65:
Release screws (1).
Unclip line (2).
Detach intake pipe (3) in direction of arrow.
Important!
Risk of damage!
Cover opening on turbocharger without fail.
E83:
If fitted, slacken drain plug (1) on coolant radiator. On coolant
radiators which do not have a drain plug, remove coolant hose.
E60:
If fitted, slacken drain plug (1) on coolant radiator. On coolant
radiators which do not have a drain plug, remove coolant hose.
