Replacing complete rear luggage
compartment floor (tail panel removed)

Read contents of Body, General.

Refer to the description texts of the KSD CD (FRU 41 12 535)
for details of stripping-down and rigging work.

Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific 
procedure.

Place vehicle on straightening bench.

Use only approved spot-welding apparatus for repairs!

Following new body parts are required (refer to EPC):

- 

(1) Luggage compartment floor

- 

(2) Support, luggage compartment floor, left

- 

(3) Support, luggage compartment floor, right

- 

(4) Holder, spare wheel

Note:

There is a visible warping of the material in areas (1). This is
created during production and is not evidence of any damage.

View from vehicle floorpan:

Open weld joints in areas (1).
