5 Series E60 530d (M57TU) SAL
Replace bolts (3) and (6).
Mount exhaust camshaft gear wheel (1) and secure exhaust
camshaft with special tools 11 6 321 and 11 6 322 in firing
TDC position of first cylinder.
Tighten bolt (2) hand-tight
Slacken bolt (2) by a 1/2 turn.
Note:
Replace bolt (2).
Remove special tool 11 3 340 .
Secure M6 bolt (1).
Insert plug and tighten down.
Note:
Replace sealing ring.
Tightening torque, 11 14 4AZ .
