Removing and installing/air-mass flow sensor
(M57T2)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read out fault memory of DDE control unit; if necessary, work
through test schedules
•
Switch off ignition
•
Remove acoustic cover
Release screws (1).
Unclip line (2).
Detach intake pipe (3) in direction of arrow.
Unlock plug connection (2) on air-mass flow sensor and
disconnect.
Release screws (1).
Remove air-mass sensor.
Tightening torque 13 62 7AZ
.
Now clear the fault memory.
Important!
EU4 only.
Reset adaptations, quantity mean value adaptation
