Head-Up Display (HUD) - adjustment tool
E60/E61/E63/E64
Situation:
This special tool is essential for professional examination and height adjustment of the
HUD. Adjustment work on the HUD must be carried out, for example, whenever the
windscreen has been replaced. In conjunction with the diagnosis tester, the corresponding
test card is projected onto the projection gauge.
Note: Only when the diagnosis tester is in use is the light intensity needed for adjustment
achieved (status: 10/2003). Individual procedures can be taken from the relevant Repair
Instructions.
