Removing and installing/replacing clutch

Special tools required:
•
21 2 300
Important!
Clutches which have fallen apart during removal or installation
must not be reinstalled.
Dual-mass flywheel and double-plate clutch are matched.
All markings must be observed.
Risk of damage to dual-mass flywheel.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove transmission.
Important!
Remove double-plate clutch with special tool 21 2 300 .
Insert special tool 21 2 300 in direction of arrow into clutch.
Note:
Special tool 21 2 300 is correctly fitted when the lock snaps into
place.
