Straightening angle set and portal fixtures
E60
Situation:
New straightening angle sets, portal fixtures and vehicle data sheets are required for
professional body repairs. A difference should be made between the straightening rig
manufacturers CELETTE, CAR BENCH and CAR-O-LINER.
Basic straightening angle sets, portal fixtures and vehicle data sheets for the A, B and C-
pillars are recommended.
Straightening angle sets, portal fixtures and vehicle data sheets can be called off from the
launch of the E60.
CELETTE
The basic straightening angle set for the E60 covers all standard repairs.
In addition, portal fixtures are recommended for the A, B and C-pillars on the E60.
The portal fixtures are only to be used in conjunction with the portal gauge (order
number 81 41 9 428 451).
CAR BENCH
The basic straightening angle set for the E60 covers all standard repairs.
In addition, portal fixtures are recommended for the A, B and C-pillars on the E60.
The portal fixtures are to be used in conjunction with the portal gauge.
The universal straightening angle set is recommended as a further alternative for body
repairs with the CAR BENCH straightening angle system. To perform repair work, the
assembly plan relevant to the vehicle is the only additional item required.

CAR-O-LINER
For repairs on E60 underbody, select data sheet 2:051.
For repairs on E60 upper body, select data sheet 602:036.
Procedure:
The straightening angle sets and portal fixtures are store tools and will only be delivered to
order.
