5 Series E61 520d (N47) TOUR
Release screw (2).
Remove tensioning rail (1) from cylinder head.
Remove timing chain for the cylinder head.
Release screw (2).
Remove tensioning rail (1) from high pressure pump.
Remove sprocket (2) with timing chain (1) by pulling upwards.
Pay attention to taper groove on high-pressure pump (1).
