Replacing regulator switch for alternator
(N47)
Instructions for disconnecting and connecting battery.
Disconnect battery negative lead on battery side and cover.
Alternator removed.
Remove and install alternator.
Valeo alternator:
Release three nuts (1) for cover.
Lift out cover.
Release three bolts (1) of regulator switch.
Carefully remove regulator switch towards top.
Check contact faces (1) of slip rings for wear and recondition if
necessary.
