Replacing front bumper trim
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove front bumper trim
Remove cover cap (1) for tow lug.
Remove headlight washer unit cover (2) on left/right.
Remove front radiator grille (3) on left/right.
Remove front fog lamps (4) on left/right. (not M5).
If necessary, remove license plate (5) .
If necessary, remove baseplate for license plate.
Installation:
Marker lines are located on inside of bumper for version with M and M5 aerodynamic kits. These lines denote
the drilling position for the license plate baseplate.
If necessary, remove wiring harness and PDC ultrasonic sensor (6) .
