Removing and installing/replacing all rear
seat belts
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove capping in luggage compartment
•
Remove rear seat
Removing left or right inertia reel unit:
Release screw on inertia reel unit.
Tightening torque 72 11 21AZ
.
Remove inertia reel unit.
Installation:
Pay attention to coding.
Guide lug of inertia reel units must be correctly seated in opening
in body.
Release screws (2) on left and right.
Tightening torques 72 11 22AZ
.
Remove seat belt (1) on left and right.
Installation:
Secure end fittings of left and right seat belts (1) through
guides (2) and stop (3).
Removing middle inertia reel unit:
Partially remove backrest cover.
Release screws (1) and remove cover for inertia reel unit.
