Replacing front ride-height sensor (AWD)

Important!

Read and comply with notes on protection against
electrostatic damage (ESD protection).

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove right steering gear cover

Release nut (1) and disconnect jointed rod (2).

Tightening torque 37 14 7AZ

.

Release screws (4), remove ride-height sensor from front axle
carrier and disconnect plug connection.

Installation:

Sensor lever (3) must point from ride-height sensor to right front
wheel.

Tightening torque 37 14 6AZ

.

After installation:

Check headlight adjustment, correct if necessary
