Replacing complete rear left wheel arch (rear
left side panel removed)

Refer to the description texts of the KSD CD (FRU
41 14 511) for details of stripping-down and rigging work.
Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe
specific procedure.
Place vehicle on straightening bench.
Following new body parts are required (refer to EPC):

(1) Wheel arch, outer, rear
-
(2) Reinforcement, C-pillar, inner
-
(3) Wheel arch, rear, inner half
Mark severance cut in accordance with measurement a and cut.
Important!
Cut outer metal sheet only.
Measurement a = approx. 280 mm from roof edge.
