Replacing complete rear luggage
compartment floor (tail panel removed)

Read contents of Body, General.

Refer to the description texts of the KSD CD (FRU 41 12 535)
for details of stripping-down and rigging work.

Spot-weld bonding is used on the E64. Observe specific 
procedure.

Place vehicle on straightening bench.

Following new body parts are required (refer to EPC):

- 

(1) Luggage compartment floor

- 

(2) Support, luggage compartment floor, left

- 

(3) Mounting, tension strut

- 

(4) Support, luggage compartment floor, right

- 

(5) Reinforcement, luggage compartment floor

- 

(6) Sealing cap

- 

(7) Holder, damping element (2 x)
