Replacing cover for left frame side member
(door pillar and rear side panel removed)
Read contents of Body, General.
Spot-weld bonding is used on this vehicle. Observe specific
procedure.
For stripping and rigging operations, refer to texts on KSD
CD (FR number 41 11 513).
Place vehicle on straightening bench.
Following new body parts are required (refer to EPC):

(1) Side frame, outer
-
(2) Reinforcement, B-pillar, inner
-
(3) Water collecting box
Open weld joints in areas (1).
Installation:
Apply window glass adhesive to cavity acoustic baffle (2).
