Removing and installing / replacing front ABS
impulse sensor
Important!
Note "General Information",
refer to 34 00 ...
Open connector housing (1) , pull plug connector (2) out of
bracket and disconnect.
Pull cable with rubber grommet out of bracket on spring strut,
Installation:
Ensure proper locking of plug connector and proper seating
of rubber grommets.
Unfasten socket head cap screw (1) and pull ABS impulse sensor
out of hole.
Installation:
Clean hole for impulse sensor and grease with lubricating
grease Staburags NBU 12/K (refer to BMW Service Operating
Fluids).
