7 Series E38 728i (M52TU) SAL
Fit in, clamp and weld C-pillar replacement section.
Grind down connection point.
Grind down welded surfaces.
Tin out entrance and C-pillar joint and grind down.
Clean spare closing plate connection faces and drill holes for plug
welding.
Coat joint surfaces with zinc dust paint.
Install closing plate in wheel arch and weld up.
Grind welding spots until smooth.
RA Replacing outer section of left or right rear wheel housing (side panel removed)
